1. Use of the Site
You agree to use this Site for lawful purposes only. You may not use it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site or interfere with others’ use of it.
2. Products and pricing
We describe our products as accurately as possible. Colours and appearance may vary slightly due to photography, display settings, and product-render limitations. During our controlled launch, pricing is shared on request and orders are fulfilled selectively. We reserve the right to modify prices, product descriptions, and availability at any time without notice.
3. Orders
Submitting an interest form or placing an order does not guarantee fulfilment. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order or enquiry at our discretion, including during limited-availability launch periods. All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including the FllexiFitt, Fllexibott, Fllexitiff, and Fllexipakk names, logos, product designs, text, and images — is the property of AccuRevo Precision Gears / FllexiFitt and may not be reproduced without written permission.
5. Product use and safety
Fllexibott is designed to filter water from municipal tap sources and improve microbiological safety and taste. It is not intended to purify water of unknown chemical contamination, saltwater, or water with visible heavy contamination. Do not use with hot water. Follow the included user manual for correct use, filter replacement, and cleaning. Filters are consumable and must be replaced as directed.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FllexiFitt and AccuRevo Precision Gears shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
