How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, select your favorite products, choose size and color, add to cart, proceed to checkout, enter delivery details, and complete payment. You will receive order confirmation via email and WhatsApp.
How long will delivery take?
Once your order is confirmed, we
typically dispatch within 2–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 4–7
business days depending on your location within India. Metro cities are
generally faster; remote locations may take slightly longer. You’ll receive tracking
details by email or WhatsApp once your order ships.
What is your return policy?
You may request a return or exchange
within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in its
original packaging with all filters and accessories intact. For hygiene
reasons, we can’t accept returns of products with opened filter packaging
unless they’re defective. If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact
us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel your order any
time before it has been shipped by emailing contact@fllexifitt.com or messaging
us on WhatsApp at +91 93115 46988. Once an order has been shipped, it can’t be
cancelled, but you may return it after delivery as per our return policy.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll
send you a tracking link and courier details by email and/or WhatsApp. You can
also use the 'Track Order' link in the website footer, or simply reply to your
order confirmation message and our team will share a live update. If you
haven’t received tracking details within 3 business days of confirmation, email
contact@fllexifitt.com and we’ll help right away.
Is Fllexibott really certified? How do I know the water is safe?
Yes. Fllexibott’s filtration is
certified to NSF 42 (for chlorine, taste, and odour reduction) and NSF/ANSI
P231 (for microbiological purification). The 2-stage system removes 99.999999%
of harmful bacteria and 99.999% of parasites through a 0.2-micron membrane,
plus an activated carbon filter that improves taste. It’s designed to make
municipal tap water safer and better-tasting.
Where is Fllexibott made?
Fllexibott is proudly Made in India,
manufactured by Saxon Fluid Sealing Devices at their facility in Bhiwadi,
Rajasthan, to global quality standards.
How often do I need to replace the filter?
The membrane microfilter lasts up to
1,000 litres (roughly 6–12 months depending on usage and water quality).
The activated carbon filter lasts around 100 litres (roughly 2–3 months). Each
Fllexibott comes with 4 free carbon filter refills, and replacements will be
available on our store.
